Our machine uses state of the art high-pressure technology to cut virtually any material—including all types of metals and non-metallic materials such as ceramic tile, glass, fiberglass, stone, wood, carbon fiber, Plexiglas, rubber, and many others. Our 5-axis cutting head gives us the ability to cut up to a 60-degree bevel. Application for our services includes industrial machine parts, flanges, automotive, gaskets, gears, knife blanks, dimensional signage, custom flooring, aerospace, fine art, architectural elements, near net shape blanks for machining processes, and much more.

There is almost no limit to the type of materials that can be machined with our waterjets. Our process leaves the material’s fibers intact, resulting in extremely clean cuts that are very precise without any waste or distortion seen with laser cutting. The result?
